WASHINGTON, D.C. – Khun Kru Nakapan Phungephorn, the head instructor of BETA Academy (Team Lloyd Irvin) has been recruiting.  After generating two muay thai national champions and a second place medalist at the 2010 WKA North American Combat Sports Championships, he is looking for more “pit bulls”.  After a careful search, three new fighters with “the right stuff” emerged.  Mereb Andemichael, Chuck Yetter, and Mike Evans all have their eyes set on fighting for the first time.  So what inspires a new martial artist to step in the ring?  What goes through their minds when preparing for their first fight?  Watch these interviews with Khun Kru Nakapan Phungephorn’s newest fighters as they prepare for their first muay thai bouts at Combat Sports Challenge 31 (November 20, 2010 – Richmond, Va).
